Barney: The Best of Barney

Just Dreadful
A cynical mishmash of clips to celebrate (the latter part of) Barney's last twenty years. Highlights weak songs and weaker "new" characters. The scenes at the circus border on creepy. They're is even a hip-hop version of "Baa, Baa Black Sheep".....groan! Ignore the neat packaging and go find instead DVDs from the "Classic Barney" collection -- titles like "Barney Rhyme Time", "Lets play school" and "outdoor fun". My son LOVES it!
I got the DVD for my son when we went away, to keep him entertained during four hour plane ride. He didn't care for it on the plane, but once we got home, all he was saying is "barney, barney" (and he doesn't speak English). He loves the songs and dances to it.
